TPC AND ENGLAND NOW ALLIES!
Comrades of the Coalition,
After 2 weeks of negotiations and discussions held with representatives from England, more precisely Greccovia, ambassador from England to The Proletariat Coalition and Simooooo, Foreign Secretary of England, it is with great pleasure The Voice of the Proletariat reports that The People's Assembly and the English Cabinet have ratified a treaty of mutual assistance, friendship, defence and cooperation between The Proletariat Coalition and England. Noted was the strong desire from The Proletariat Coalition to encourage England to declare publicly and formally their sympathy with the active defense of neutral regions, a new course in the foreign policy of England. The Red Factions, Minister of Military Affairs in The Proletariat Coalition, was reported to have commented that the ratification of this treaty, which strongly encourages joint defence missions between the TPDF and the English Protectorate, brings great joy to the Ministry of Military Affairs who has found trustworthy allies in the global fight against the empire-building invaders, not to mention the additional security provided by this treaty to The Proletariat Coalition, who remains to this day founderless.
The alliance was officially ratified on the 10th of June 2005 by decision of the People's Assembly following a majority vote which clearly re-affirmed the willingness of the assembly to strengthen the friendship with England and bring it to a new level. The treaty in question runs as follow:
The Parties to this Treaty, reaffirming their faith in each others and desiring to strengthen their friendship and mutual security, recalling with mutual pride the relationship which brought England and The Proletariat Coalition together, desiring to declare publicly and formally their sense of unity and their common determination to defend themselves, it's allies and neutral regions against external attack carried out by region crashers, have agreed as follows:
Article I
The Contracting Parties shall consult with one another on all important international issues affecting their common interests, guided by the desire to strengthen international peace and security.
Article II
The Contracting Parties shall immediately consult with one another whenever, in the opinion of any one of them, a threat of armed attack on The Proletariat Coalition or England has arisen, in order to ensure joint defence and the maintenance of regional sovereignty and security.
Article III
In the event of attack against The Proletariat Coalition's allies or England's allies, by any group or region, each of the Parties to the Treaty, in the exercise of its right to individual or collective self-defence shall immediately come to the assistance of the Party under attack using any means necessary to maintain regional security and good order.
Article IV
The Contracting Parties declare that they will act in a spirit of friendship and cooperation with a view to further developing and fostering friendship and cooperation with one another, each adhering to the principle of respect for the independence and sovereignty of the others and non-interference in their internal affairs.
Article V
The Contracting Parties to this Treaty expresses their sympathy with active defense of non-contracting parties, in the interest of preserving the diversity and independence of those regions. Military cooperation between The Contracting Parties to this treaty where the defense of non-contracting regions is concerned will be strongly encouraged but will remain voluntary.
Article VI
Each Alliance agrees not to disclose information received from the other to any third party without exclusive authorisation. No region or nation enjoying dual membership will consider themselves exempt from the relevent privacy laws of each alliance where they apply.
In witness whereof the plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and affixed their seals

Officials from the English Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Proletariat Coalition's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Military Affairs expressed conviction that the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation would as a natural result of the ratification of the treaty, grow in scope and strength in all fields. Already, as per Article I of the ratified treaty which states England and TPC shall consult each others on matters of common interest, England is giving advice to The Proletariat Coalition concerning an eventual recognisation by our part of the regime in The Pacific, the People's Republic of the Pacific. The input provided essentially by Simooooo is naturally much appreciated by the People's Assembly.
