MILITARY PACT BEETWEEN GREECE AND THE COALITION APPROVED !

Comrades of the Coalition --
A historic pact was approved on the 5th of October 2004 as the military pact between The Proletariat Coalition and Greece was approved by The Greek Assembly.
A similar treaty has been signed as well between our brother region, The Allied States of EuroIslanders and Greece. This pact is truly a great leap forward in our relations and we look forward more cooperation between our two regions. Below is a copy of the pact itself
Article 1 :
A. The Proletariat Coalition (TPC) recognize the absolute sovereingty of Greece government upon its region, citizens and troops.
B. Greece recognize the absolute sovereingty of TPC’s government upon its region, citizens and troops
Article 2 :
A. If one of the two regions is under attack by any hostile foreign group, the other will assist the attacked one without any delay or discussion.
B. Only members of the Executive, or the official in charge of the military if he/she is not consider as an Executive member, may call the other region to help. Any other demand will be considered as null.
Article 3 :
A. Entering troops shall endorse the duly elected native Delegate firstly.
B. If, for whatever reason(s) the native Delegate is not available to react to the attack, the entering troops will endorse a nation of their choice, who will act as “Emergency Delegate” and repel the invasion.
C. It’s recommanded, but not necessary, that the “Emergency Delegate” be a native nation of the attacked region.
D. As soon as the invasion is repelled and all the invaders ejected, allied troops shall endorse the duly elected native Delegate to bring his/her powers back.
Article 4 :
A. TPC and Greece will share the needed intelligences to avoid that one of them is taken by surprise by an hostile group.
Article 5 :
A. TPC is not commited to assist Greece if it engages in an offensive war.
B. Greece is not commited to assist TPC if it engages in an offensive war.
